The Armer Journey.
The Armer journey began in 1978 with sharemilking 140 cows and zero capital.
After the challenge of selling their first farm at a loss, they shifted their focus to profitability rather than just production. Recognising the importance of a resilient business model, they strategically built a foundation for long-term success.
Today, the group proudly owns 17 large-scale dairy farms, housing 17,000 milking animals, and 2,000ha of support land dedicated to rearing young stock and bulls.
Proudly 100% family-owned. Armer Group has never sought outside capital to achieve its growth ambitions. It has thrived over the years with a commitment to sustainable practices, operational excellence, and reinvesting in the business and its people.
